User Onboarding

Growing 19% in surgeon users YoY meant it was pertinent that the onboarding and training process for the users were efficient and scalable. During my time as a product manager, I created the content, activities and schedule for multiple quarterly product training programs, I created multiple pieces of collateral that clearly outlined workflows, troubleshooting steps and operating guidelines and supported first-time users in the operating room.
